We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted Shaggy's skis. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Eligibility
Ensure your skis or accessories are in new, unmounted, and original condition with all packaging intact.

Request Authorization
Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our Michigan workshop, we will issue your refund.
